Your Delivery
All orders are processed immediately. Most orders usually ship within three business days after you place your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If there will be any delay in processing your order for delivery, you will be notified by a customer service representative. Delivery times will vary depending on where you live, but in most cases the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipments to Canada and the US - Delivery 4 - 5 business days.

International Orders
International orders (outside Canada and the United States) are shipped via regular post or UPS Worldwide Express/Expedited with typical UPS transit times ranging from 6-7 business days.

Your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs clearance charges and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These fees, if applicable, are your responsibility. Additionally, when ordering from westcoastorganics.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Product Guarantee & Refund Policy
We guarantee that all products we sell are thoroughly researched by manufacturers before we make them available to you. All our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee on the purchase price (shipping excluded) on all first time purchases of the  product. Products returned must be received back to our location within 30 days. Orders received back to our office after 30 days are not eligible for refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unopened product for a refund equal to the purchase price (shipping excluded). If there is any problem with your order you may contact our customer service department by filling out our Contact Us form or by sending an email to info@westcoastorganics.com.
