Forget Rosemary's Baby, Check Out Her Potatoes!
Ingredients
8 medium sized potatoes (peeled or un-peeled)
Cut into 1/2 inch cubes
6 sprigs of fresh rosemary or 3 tsp of dry rosemary
2 tsp lemon juice
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 tsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Boil your potatoes, but only for 5 minutes, just to get rid of the starch.

Drain and rinse well.

In a separate bowl toss all the ingredients (except for the butter) in with the potatoes and coat them well.

Melt butter in a sauce pan and cook your potatoes over medium heat until golden brown

If possible, use a non-stick pan and be careful when stirring the potatoes, try not to break them up.
