All orders are processed immediately. Most orders usually ship within three business days after you place your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If there will be any delay in processing your order for delivery, you will be notified by a customer service representative. Delivery times will vary depending on where you live, but in most cases the estimated delivery times are as follows:
Shipments to Canada and the US - Delivery 4 - 5 business days.
International orders (outside Canada and the United States) are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express/Expedited with typical UPS transit times ranging from 6-7 business days.
Your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs clearance charges and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These fees, if applicable, are your responsibility. Additionally, when ordering from westcoastorganics.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Product Guarantee & Refund Policy
We guarantee that all products we sell are thoroughly researched by manufacturers before we make them available to you. All our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee on the purchase price (shipping excluded) on all first time purchases of the same product. Products returned must be received back to our location within 30 days. Orders received back to our office after 30 days are not eligible for refund. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the
unopened product for a refund equal to the purchase price (shipping excluded).
We do not provide refunds for fraud or theft or mismanagement ocurring during shipping of your products. Every effort is made to ship with reputable companies like UPS, FEDEX, US POST, CANADA POST. We will only provide a customer refund if the shipping company sends the lost products/package back to us within 60 days.
